Travelers Palm office is located at Key West Vacation Rentals,
1075 Duval Street, Suite C-19, Key West, Fl 33040.
If you are driving into Key
West.
- Upon entering Key West, bear right.
- North Roosevelt becomes two lanes as you enter historic Old
Town at Eisenhower Drive. Start counting traffic lights here.
We are at the 4th traffic light at Simonton Street. Turn left
onto Simonton Street.
- Go 1/2 block and look for the large arch over the Duval Square
parking lot. Turn right into the parking lot and find a parking
spot anywhere. Our office is next to Blossoms Florist in Suite
C-19 (Key West Vacation Rentals).
If you are flying into Key West.
- The cab ride is $7.50 per person anywhere on the Island if there
is more than one person inthe cab (look for a yellow cab, FRIENDLY
CAB SERVICE, as they will not charge you extra to take you to
your unit from our office. Ask the cab driver to take you to Duval
Square, C-19, have the cab driver wait for you, we will get you
quickly registered and give you keys and directions to your specific
unit. Your cab will then take you to your unit fromthe office.

Bicycles
- Upon making your reservation or checking in, let us know if your would like bikes (which is the very BEST way to see our beautiful Island) and we can have them delivered to your doorstep upon your arrival to your unit.
- Bike rates will vary depending on the type of bike you choose. They come with comfortable seats, lights, reflecters, baskets and locks.
- With a bike, you NEVER have to look for a parking space!
Policies
- Rates. Published rates
are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent
sales/room tax and are subject to change without notice.
- Deposit. Deposit equal
to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater.
- Cancellation. Full refund,
less $25 processing fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable
if within 30 days of arrival date. A 60 days cancellation applies
to special events.
- Payment. Visa, Master Card,
Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit
card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted
upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
- Extra person. Add $20 per
person per night.
- Pet Fee. Pets are welcome.

- Concierge and Special Services.
Our staff provides full concierge services to meet all your needs
including discount tickets to tourist attractions, fishing or
diving trips, sunset sails, para-sailing, jet skiing, in-room
massage, bike rentals, personal shopping for beverages and food,
weddings with photography and more. Contact the office for special
needs including roll-a-way beds, cribs and additional housekeeping.
- No Smoking. Smoking is
not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays
are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking
inside.
- Minimum Stay. Applies on
weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
- Check-In. 3:00 p.m
- Check-Out. 11:00 a.m.
- Late Arrival. If you arrive
after 6 p.m., the Late Night Check-In Box is
right next to the Office Door in Duval Square.
Please remember to print and bring the confirmation letter
with the code for opening the box. Inside
the Box will be an envelope with your name on it. Inside the envelope
will be a map with directions to your unit and 2 room keys. Please
come into the office the next morning to register, pay any balance
and receive more room keys.

Street, Suite C-19 and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6

Please note that we do not sell Travel Insurance,
but provide a link on this website to Travel
Guard International, one of the most reputable and comprehensive
providers in the travel industry.
In the unlikely event that a hurricane
evacuation is ordered while you are a guest, and you have not
purchased travel insurance, you will be issued a voucher for
the unused portion of your stay. Guests holding a confirmed
reservation who are unable to travel to Center Court Historic
Inn and Cottages and Travelers Palm because of the closing of
the Key West Airport or connecting roadways due to a mandatory
evacuation and have not purchased travel insurance will receive
a voucher in the amount of the room deposit held. Vouchers are
redeemable between June 1 and December 1, up to two years from
the issue date, excluding special events and holidays. (Exception:
Vouchers issued for cancellations of Fantasy Fest reservations
can be applied to future Fantasy Fests in the ensuing two years.)
No voucher will be issued if the hurricane
is not a threat to Key West and you are unable to travel because
of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside the
Keys. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance
to protect your vacation investment!
